Wrexham v Forest Green Rovers
10th March 2009
Match preview
Wrexham go into tonight's match against Forest Green Rovers searching for the win that could kick start their promotion push.
Wrexham have taken only one point from the last four BSP matches, and have also failed in two attempts against Ebbsfleet United in the FA Trophy.
Wrexham's stuttering forward line have only managed two goals in those games, and Dean Saunders must be concerned about the dragon's lack of goals in recent games.
Saunders has so far been unable to bring in another striker to replace the injured Marc Williams and has few options in the striking department.
Forest Green Rovers on the other hand are unbeaten in eight BSP matches, drawing seven of them. They are currently sitting two points above the relegation zone in eighteenth position, and will be looking to continue the recent good form they have shown and take something from the racecourse clash.
This game has goals in it, but Wrexham's recent poor form in front of goal may see them pay the price once again.
Prediction 1-2
