Team to play Ebbsfleet United
With promotion Wrexham's number one priority this season, Deano can be forgiven for fielding an experimental team on Saturday against Ebbsfleet United in the FA Trophy quarter final.
That said Dean said he was "relieved to still be in the hat" after a 0-0 stalemate.
Bearing in mind that the club still has seventeen league fixtures this season, I would play the following line up in the replay.
Goalkeeper Gavin Ward
Right back Simon Spender
Left back Neil Taylor
Centre half Ashley Westwood
Centre Half Mike Williams
Right Mid Wes Baynes
Centre Mid Nathan Fairhurst
Centre Mid Andrew Crofts
Left Mid Jamie McCluskey
Attack Marc Williams
Attack Jon Brown
Sub Patrick Suffo
Sub Sam Williamson
Sub Ryan Flynn
Sub Darran Kempson
Sub Sam Aiston
We missed Marc Williams' energy on Saturday, I would like to see how Brown fares with him. Jon did well on Saturday and Louis has been poor despite the goals. McCluskey looks lively, and I would start him ahead of Aiston. Andy Fleming has done well for us but could do with a rest, Fairhurst is an able replacement and did well on Saturday when he came on. Williamson is another who has looked jaded recently, so Neil can revert to left back bringing Spender into contention on the right of the defence. That leaves Wes playing right midfield and the excellent Crofts pulling the strings.
