Tuesday's games

14th February 2009

There are four matches on Tuesday, with teams from both ends of the table involved in important games.

Salisbury City host Woking at The Raymond Mcenhill Stadium. Salisbury have not won in Seven League matches, losing Four of them including a 4-0 defeat at home to Histon on Saturday.

Woking's recent form is patchy, excellent away draws at Wrexham and Crawley were followed by heavy defeats to Cambridge and Eastbourne.

I expect honours to be even in this one.

Kidderminster Harriers will have an opportunity to put Sunday's defeat at home to Northwich Victoria behind them when they host Cambridge United. Cambridge have not faired well this season away from home, so expect Kidderminster to add to their Eleven home wins.

In another interesting game, Mansfield host Kettering. Mansfield have won Nine matches at home this season, While Kettering have Six wins and Four draws from Fourteen away trips, A draw is a likely result here.

Finally at The Pirelli Stadium, Runaway leaders Burton Albion host Wrexham. Burton are unbeaten in Sixteen league games, winning Fifteen of them and they are also Unbeaten at home this season.

Wrexham's recent record is also impressive. The Dragons have lost once in Sixteen games since Dean Saunders took over as manager in October, winning Eleven and drawing Four.

I expect this game to be very close, and if Wrexham can defend set pieces effectively, they have the class to inflict a first home defeat on The Brewers.
