Crofts confident of Replay win

Dragons on loan midfielder Andrew Crofts was in confident mood ahead of the Dragons quarter final replay at Ebbsfleet on Tuesday night.

Speaking to the Daily post Wales international Crofts said,

"We would obviously prefer to have won on Saturday, but we are still in the competition and now we have another chance to get ourselves two games away from Wembley.

"From a personal point of view it's been good to get some regular football under my belt and after two games I'm feeling good. Hopefully I'm getting back into the pace of things and I feel I have settled in really well so far.

"It's all about playing games and I think Dean has got it right here. We're playing three matches a week, which is much better than training, and as long as we look after ourselves in between, I'm sure we'll be able to cope with them."

Crofts also spoke about the tackle which left Ebbsfleet midfielder Greg Stone with a double leg fracture,

"We went in for a 50-50 tackle and he's come out of it with a double break, which is really unfortunate because we are good mates and he goes out with my cousin.

"But the hospital looked after him really well, he received excellent treatment and he's a young lad so he'll come back as strong as before"
