Silvio Spann had given Wrexham the lead but County had pegged it back to 1 - 1 before a late debacle saw Spann sent off for fouling Hector Sam on the endge of the box and Neil MacKenkie scored from the free kick to earn all three points for County and to condemn Brian Carey's side to bottom place.
