Injury time double blow for Wrexham

Brian Carey reckons the sending off of Robbie Garrett gave Macclesfield the impetus required to go on and win the match. It would have been a second consecutive away win had Wrexham held on but now the club remain in the bottom three with 9 points from 10 games.
"I thought the game was dead. We were comfortable and dealing quiet well with everything they threw at us," said Carey.
"Then the sending off completely changed the game. Robbie was trying to get out of the clutches of the goalkeeper who has grabbed on to him.
"But the referee decides to book Robbie and that gave them the impetus."
