He started his career in North Wales with a bang, regularly finding the back of the net, but last season was stop-start for him as he struggled with form and suspensions.
"People have got to realise that coming from nonleague I've never really been coached fulltime before and that is why me and Kevin are working so hard at the moment," he explained.
'But its been a good pre-season for me, I've scored six goals and got my fitness levels up.
'In training we're working on making runs in behind defenders which I think is one of my weaknesses. This can be improved.'
