"If there is to be a long-term aim, then it's to be a very competitive force in this division, and then in time the division above.
"The club has the potential to go up and that has to be my long-term aim. But it's no good having long-term targets if you can't fulfil short-term ones.
"The priorities are there to be seen, we must pull away from the bottom."
