20 year old Marc has been in great form for the reds since being restored to the first team following Dean Saunders arrival at the club. Williams has scored in nine of the fifteen League matches played under Saunders Managership.
Marc has also scored in Setanta shield matches against Altrincham and Southport, and scored a late double against Workington in the recent FA Trophy third round win.
