Wrexham are set to sign two strikers, bringing veteran Andy Morrell back to the club where his career started and adding Kevin Gall to their squad.Morrell, 35, turned down an offer to stay at Bury and will return to the Racecourse where he spent spent five seasons from 1998.
He has since played for Coventry, Blackpool and the Shakers.
Gall, 28, joins from York having also been at Yeovil, Bristol Rovers, Lincoln Carlisle, Darlington and Port Vale.
Morrell scored 41 goals in his first stint at Wrexham and he leaves League Two Bury with their best wishes.
A statement on the Shakers website read: "Andy leaves with our best wishes for the future and our thanks for his service over the last two years."
Merthyr-born Gall began his career as a Newcastle trainee and will now play for York's Blue Square Premier rivals.
